Moonlit Forest
This piece was a collaborative effort. My sister made the pendant; sterling silver with a labradorite and a moonstone. I made the chain; byzantine weave, sterling silver and black niobium, 20 gauge 9/64 i.d. It is called Illuminated Forest because the labradorite looked like a forest during a full moon night, so she set the moonstone above it and entwined them both with branches to complete the effect. I wove a spiral of the black niobium and sterling silver along the length of the chain; the pattern does not show so well in this picture, but looks great when worn. All in all I think this is the most striking piece we have done so far.
