Cannot decide what is better to use the gold toned AA or brass. What do you think?

High acid skin means brass will tarnish more quickly, possibly even stain the skin a bit green. You could ask the client what they value more - tell them there are pros and cons to every metal (weight, tarnish, durability, price, perceived value). Also consider gold-tone enamelled copper (no tarnish), and gold fill if they're willing to pay.

Almost finished my daughter's prom dress! First time using the welded fabric from Maille Tec and I love it! I'm not allowed to post pictures till after the prom though.

I don't know what I hate more about the white AA rings the color or that the seams show a little more prominent. Hmm. I just know not to order them unless special request.

That could be my issue. I am closing them but still I see a small amount of metal showing. What can I do differently?

Throw out the window any tutorial or guide you may have seen on closing rings. I haven't found one yet that was written by a left-hander. I had problems with this at first too. It just takes a little practice, so each successive piece will get better. Plus, I think it helps to have a few different sets of pliers depending on the size and material you are using.

I seriously thought it was just me. Thankful that you also had that issue. Yes compared to when I first started to now I see a huge improvement. Still more practice is better, I understand. Thanks for the tip. I do have several pairs. Will add more soon enough. Thanks again.

Just got order & LOVING the steel mesh - so slinky! & the pure Ti 16g rings - so earthy, & all the square AA ring bling. Not loving the nearly return-to-sender dramas I had with it & the falling Aussie $.
