I was wondering if anyone here has bought the white and could tell me if it really is white? The reason I ask is because I bought the 20 g 3/32 in white and I was very disappointed to see it was more grey than white. Is this just due to the size? Would the larger rings in 18g actually be white? It's for a project to make snowflakes and I'd like to know before I buy a whole set.

I think the white is actually the etched aluminum so white is whiter then BA but not actually white, I had some 18g 3/16 and they were lighter (almost white/off white) but next to white enameled copper still more gray then white. I think they mentioned something about making a actual white Anodized color (not just the anodized etched) but I could be mistaken)

In my marketing stuff I call the TRL white AA "moon white". I think that describes the color pretty well.

Do you remember where you saw this? I suppose I could wait for Bernice if she sees this. I'll take a look around the forum and see.

I have some white 18g 3/16 that I got in mixed bags. its a very light mate silver, I think it would work for snowflakes. But I personally feel its ugly and only use it as a marker when I need help keeping track of a point in a larger piece.

The white I got in 20g 5/32 is very much a more matte silvery gray. It looks nice in jewelry so far, but no, this one at least is nothing like actual white.

They say on the product page that white anodized AA is "more like a matte silver." I love the color myself.

Perhaps I need to get my eyes checked, because it looks fairly white to me. Here it is on a white and a black background:

I mean it's not white-out white, but it's pretty dang white, especially near other colors. It's clearly whiter than the bright aluminum or the new silver AA.
