Four pounds for floor sweepings equals a lot of sorting, And they are true floor sweepings! Thanks!

About Me
I once had an awkward moment, just to see how it felt like.
Ok, I am 29 years old and I have been working on and off with chainmail for about seven years. I started with galvanized steel wire that I later found out to rust and it was not overall good for the body since it was a dirt collector. I started with copper after that, since it was readily available to be worked with and made my first dice bag out of it, only to have it turn green over time. I showed interest in aluminum around November 2010 and my landlord (who is a welder) got me around half a mile *an exaggeration* of 16 gauge wire and turned it into 1/4 inch jump rings and gave it to me for Christmas. So now I have a tonne of metal to make bigger stuff with, like dice bags and skirts, belts, bikini tops, guitar straps, etc.
Now that is all fine and dandy, but my gf wanted some jewelry too, and I think the big bling was not what she had in mind. I ended up going to a welding supply shop and bought this finer aluminum (which is now all I want to work with for jewelry), and I am having a blast with it.
If anyone wants to chat it up about anything, my msn is ALWAYS on (unless the gf is on the computer) and Skype too. Both are listed on this page.
